Thursday - September 11, 2025
ALL THURSDAY ARRIVALS USE SOUTH GATE OF FAIRGROUNDS ON AIRPORT ROAD. CENTURY AVE GATE WILL BE CLOSED.
REPEAT - USE THE FAIRGROUNDS ENTRANCE ON AIRPORT ROAD FOR THURSDAY ONLY!

8:00 AM - CHECK IN GATE OPEN FOR VENDORS AND VIP CAMPING PASS HOLDERS
Vendors can begin to stage at the designated cone area. This will make sense when you arrive. We will be placing vendors ONE AT A TIME, as there are many new variables for determining placement. (Light poles, trees, curbs, power boxes, ect.).
Vendors may need to unhook from their truck, and their trailer will be placed by Fairgrounds staff with a Toolcat.
(Spaces will be assigned for certain vendors/sponsors)

12:00PM - Gate OPEN for all Thursday arrival campers.

10:00 PM - Gate Closes - (Check in Friday morning if gate is closed and nobody is around)

Hutchinson City Noise Ordinance begins at 10PM - Keep noise in campground at a reasonable level.
QUIET HOURS 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM - No loud music during this time.

8:00 AM - Gate Opens for Camper Check-In
8:00 AM - Buddy Boy BBQ Pub Opens for Breakfast - Mocha Motion OPEN for Coffee at 7AM​
10:00 AM - Vendor Area Opens to Public - All fishing and other food vendors open at this time.
10:00 AM - Shuttle Bus begins round trip service to Arts & Crafts Festival in downtown Hutchinson

6:00 PM - Vendors Close - SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE TO DOWNTOWN ENDS
