Our Vendor Area in 2023 was wide open for lots of room to move around!
Thursday - September 12, 2024
8:00 AM - Vendors can begin to move in and stage in the vendor area. Vendors will not be set in final placement until mid/late afternoon.
(Spaces will be assigned for dealerships & top sponsors)
PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THIS PROCESS TAKES ALL DAY.
8:00 AM - Gate OPEN for Camping Pass (campsite) holders. (DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER)

10:00 PM - Gate Closes - (Check in Friday morning if gate is closed and nobody is around)

QUIET HOURS 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM - No loud music during this time.

8:00 AM - Gate Opens for Camper Check-In
10:00 AM - Vendor Area Opens
11:00 AM - Smokey Hills Pub Opens - LUNCH MENU

8:30 PM to MIDNIGHT - JAKE NELSON BAND - LIVE on Berkon Outdoors Stage
9:00 PM - Gate Closes - Later arrivals check in Saturday morning.
11:30 PM - Smokey Hills Pub Closes
QUIET HOURS 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM - No loud music during this time.
Saturday - September 15, 2024
8:00 AM - Gate Opens for Camper Check-In
9:00 AM to 11AM - Smokey Hills Pub Opens for Breakfast - Served by Hash House / Buddy Boy BBQ of Minnetrista
10:00 AM - Vendor Area Opens / Registration for Bean Bag Tournament begins

11:00 AM - Smokey Hills Pub Lunch Menu
11:00 AM - Bean Bag Tournament Begins - Sign up through Crow River Cornhole. (more details to come)
12:00 PM to 4PM - Cowboys in Sneakers on the Berkon Outdoors Stage​
1 PM - Kids Activity and Kids Prize Giveaway at Clam Booth - While supplies last!
