ALL ARRIVALS SHALL USE THE ENTRANCE GATE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE WINSTED MUNCIPAL AIRPORT. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN TURNING.

ALL ATTENDEES SHOULD USE THE QR CODE FROM THEIR PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR CHECK-IN - THIS INCLUDES VENDORS AND SPONSORS

9:00 AM - CHECK IN GATE OPEN FOR VENDORS ONLY

​

10:00 AM - VIP CAMPING PASS HOLDERS MAY ARRIVE AND CHECK IN

Vendors can begin to stage at the designated cone area. This will make sense when you arrive. We will be placing vendors in groups but will direct when to actually unhook and set the trailer down. 
 

(Spaces will be assigned for certain vendors/sponsors)

PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THIS PROCESS TAKES ALL DAY. 

3:00PM - Gate OPEN for all Thursday General Admission arrival campers. NO EARLY ENTRY ALLOWED.  

 

5:00 PM - Carnival Opens for the evening! (Rides and food stands)

10:00 PM - Gate Closes - (Check in Friday morning if gate is closed and nobody is around)

​​​

Winsted City Noise Ordinance begins at 10PM - Keep noise in campground at a reasonable level.
 

QUIET HOURS 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM - No loud music during this time.

8:00 AM - Gate Opens for Camper Check-In

 

Mocha Motion OPEN for Coffee at 8AM​
 

9:00 AM - Vendor Area Opens to Public - All fishing and other food vendors open at this time. National Anthem and announcements. 

 

11:00 AM - Carnival Opens for the day; Hometown Hero Outdoors Beer Garden Opens

11:00 AM - Live Sonar Seminar presented by Master Bait & Hook up in the small tent by the Beer Garden - Learn the settings, adjustments, features, and how to get the most out of your live sonar!

12:00 PM - Kayla Daniels on the Moon Motorsports Stage

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Armband special for Carnival Rides - $25 for unlimited rides during this time.

6:00 PM - Vendors Close (Food vendors will still be open)​​​

7:00 PM to 11:30 PM - CHOPPER - The World's Nuttiest DJ - LIVE on Moon Motorsports Stage. (Kid friendly show to start - Glow sticks and other free items for the show will be handed out by Chopper!)

10:00 PM - Gate Closes - Later arrivals check in Saturday morning.

11:00 PM - Alcohol and Food Sales end.

9:00 AM Bean Bag Tournament "Blind Draw" Registration  - Sign up through Crow River Cornhole in person at the HHO Beer Garden. $10 each

9:00 AM - Vendor Area Opens - National Anthem and morning announcements​

10:00 AM - Blind Draw Bean Bag Tournament begins at the HHO Beer Garden.

11:00 AM  - Carnival Opens, Hometown Hero Outdoors Beer Garden Opens

11:00 AM - PRESS CONFERENCE STYLE ANNOUNCEMENT NEAR THE NORTH ENTERTAINMENT TENT - ALSO DOING A CASH PRIZE GIVEAWAY FOR ALL CAMPING ATTENDEES, MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
